All those Incoterms insurance responsibility: EXW-FCA-FAS-FOB-CPT-C&F has to be considered in the Consignee side- The Shipper Partner should be not responsible on merchandise value for any loss or damage ( except by standard basic carrier insurances ) in case of Destination Partner ( or Shipper on behalf of Consignee ) do not specifically request and confirm the all risck insurance premium- Any miscommunication bring the Shipper Partner automatically in a not responsible condition-
